1 Kasen® DIE SMMS online laminate line;
1 Kuster® SMS offline laminate line (Thermal-bonding);
1 Breathable Film SMS /Spun-bond offline laminate line (Hot-melt adhesive bonding);
3 lines of melt-blown nonwoven, include a Reifenhauser® Line;
1 PP Spun-bond nonwoven line;
2 lines of nonwoven Post-treatment;
1 micro-fiber wipe line;
1 workshop of nonwoven disposable products.
The annual output of nonwoven is 15000MT, and 8 million PCS of disposable goods.

The online laminate nonwoven including:
1. SMS laminate fabric;
2. SMMS laminate fabric;
3. SS laminate fabric;

The offline laminate nonwoven including:

1. Thermal bonded nonwoven: SMS, SPES etc.
2. Hot-melt adhesive bonded nonwoven: SF, SFS, SPE, SPES etc.
Their basic weight is from 38GSM-200GSM. The width of mother rolls is 1600mm and 2400mm.

The nonwoven post-treatment including:

1. Hydrophilic;
2. Anti-static;
3. Alcohol-repellent;
4. Blood-repellent;
5. Oil-repellent;
6. Anti-aging;
etc.

The disposable finished nonwoven goods: Coverall, Sauna suits, suit covers, shopping bags, etc.
